The event of finding a USB-stick containing footage of a past life in Los Angeles, a forgotten object, laying around, valueless, yet containing so many valuable moments. The abuse of images, the urge to capture every moment, pressing the record button to ensure that the memory is saved somewhere in the cloud. A digital jungle, the photo as an object is gone, its value completely degraded. The saturation of stored recollections, real moments faded away into the digital space until the unexpected discovery of a hard drive. A modern experience of the memory hole.
